The Hotel is fully licensed and has an in-house bar with a wide variety of wines from the Margaret River Region.  Our bar is open every day and also includes a variety of spirits and beers.

GOURMET BREAKFAST

Our room rates include a full gourmet breakfast each morning from 8am until 11am. 

Selections include fruit juice, bottomless coffee/tea, yoghurt selections, fresh fruit and freshly toasted breads.  These are followed by a wide selection of hot breakfast dishes - some of our popular selections which include:

Eggs Benedict - Free range poached eggs, topped with our Windmills hollandaise sauce served on ham, spinach and our Yallingup wood fired bread.

Windmills Special - Free range eggs, bacon, sausages, roasted cherry tomatoes and hash browns served on Yallingup wood fired bread.

Omelette - Free range eggs, mushrooms, spinach and cherry tomatoes.

Windmills Gourmet - Free range eggs, bacon, roasted cherry tomatoes, pan fried field mushrooms served on a bed of baby spinach and Yallingup wood fired toast.

All breakfast selections are made to order and any combination of our selections are served to your table or as room service.   Our eggs are supplied by the Busselton Free Range Egg Farm and our bacon is usually supplied from Dardenup (nearby Donnybrook).

We also provide complimentary cakes and biscuits through the day at the tea and coffee servery in the main lounge area.

A full Gourmet Breakfast is available to non-guests for $30 per person - bookings are essential (08) 9755 2341.   

BAR SNACKS

For the convenience of guests and their friends, the Hotel provides a Bar Snacks Menu (usually seven days a week).

The Bar Snacks menu offers a variety of popular dining options and includes some daily specials.  The menu changes regularly and often includes:

• Local King George Whiting Fillets
• Salt and pepper squid
• Moroccan Local Lamb Cutlets (from Dardenup) 
• Torpedo prawns
• Windmills club sandwich
• Windmills Steak sandwich
• Free Range Chicken Parmagiana (Mount Barker)
• Spring rolls and samosas
• Beef Rogan Josh (with Harvey Beef)
• Local Chorizo (Venison) and mushrooms
• Steamed vegetarian dim sims
• A selection of cheeses from Margaret River
• Simmo's Ice Cream (from Dunsborough)

Wherever possible, our Bar Snack selections always use local produce from the Margaret River Region or nearby.

The Bar Snacks are also available as Room Service.
