Our fully Licensed Bar is open every day  and includes a selection of wines from the Margaret River Region with spirits, cocktails and beer.

 

A limited Bar Menu (for food) is also available from 1:00pm until 8:00pm every day.

 

The Gourmet Breakfast menu is available from 8:30am until 10:30am every day.

 

Room Service is also available every day.

 

As stated above the Hotel operates the Bar Menu (or snack menu) from 1pm until 8pm every day - the hotel does not operate an onsite Restaurant - there are many Restaurants located within a few minutes of our property.

BAR MENU

During the afternoon and evenings the Hotel provides a Bar Menu (with snack foods) to Guests and Friends.  The Bar Menu is available seven days a week and operates from 1pm until 8pm. It is also available as ROOM SERVICE.

The Bar Menu offers a limited variety of plates designed to share over a beer or wine on our outdoor deck, Pool deck, or in our comfortable bar. The menu does change regularly - our current Summer Menu (from 1st January -  28th February 2010) includes:

Yallingup Wood fired Bread - With Olive Oil, Dukkah and Chutney

Cheese Platter for two - A selection of three cheeses with marinated olives and sundried tomatoes

Antipasto Plate for two - Marinated Olives, Roast Capsicum, Pepper dews, Salami, leg ham With Yallingup wood fire bread

Salmon Ahumado - Smoked salmon on crusty bread with cream cheese capers and lemon

Moroccan lamb cutlets - French cutlets spiced with paprika, cumin, coriander and lemon

Peking duck Spring rolls - Served with sweet chilli sauce

Bowl of Chips or Wedges

 

Where possible, our Bar Menu selections always use local produce from the Margaret River Region.

The Bar Menu is also available as Room Service.

 

 

GOURMET BREAKFAST

Our room rates often include a full gourmet breakfast each morning from 8:30am until 10:30am.

Selections include fruit juice, bottomless coffee/tea, yoghurt selections, fresh fruit and freshly toasted breads. Our Breads are provided freshly baked every day.

These are followed by a wide selection of hot breakfast dishes - some of our popular selections which include:

 

Eggs Benedict - Free range poached eggs, topped with our Windmills hollandaise sauce served on ham, spinach and fresh toast.

Windmills Special - Free range eggs, bacon, sausages, roasted tomatoes and hash browns served on toast.

Vegetarian Omelette - Free range eggs, mushrooms, spinach and roasted tomatoes.

Windmills Gourmet - Free range eggs, bacon, roasted tomatoes, pan fried field mushrooms served on a bed of baby spinach and toast.

 

All breakfast selections are made to order and any combination of our selections are served to your table or as room service. Our eggs are supplied by the Busselton Free Range Egg Farm and our bacon is usually supplied from Dardenup (nearby Donnybrook).

 

We also provide complimentary cakes and biscuits through the day at the tea and coffee servery in the main lounge area.
