Windmills Break is an ideal venue within the Margaret River Wine Region to reserve the entire Hotel for exclusive and secure use. Popular with celebrities and private individuals the entire facility may be booked for private use - in this way no other Guests or members of the general public are allowed on the premises during the exclusive use period. Our Exclusive and Private Use of the hotel includes packages tailored to your individual needs.
SAMPLE WEEKLY PACKAGE FOR EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE PROPERTY
Seven (7) night packages starting from AUD$5,590 per night are available to reserve the entire property for your personal use. Includes accommodation for up to 24 people in 12 rooms and suites. This equates to approximately $235 per night per person (for 24 people) Rooms are serviced daily, gourmet breakfasts and access to all facilities are included. There is no venue hire fee. During your stay the property is closed to general the public and our licensed bar is only open to Guests and their friends. The total cost for 7 nights is $39,130 (for between 2 and 24 people)
