VENUE HIRE BOOKING INFORMATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Windmills Break is located in Yallingup, Western Australia and sits on 10 acres of manicured gardens. With sweeping lawns, private swimming pool, heated spa, massage centre, restaurant, licensed bar and tennis court,

Windmills Break provides an amazing setting for special occasions and beautiful weddings.   Windmills Break is primarily an Accommodation property with licensed bar and other facilities.

The property caters for private functions, weddings and special occasions to a maximum of 150 guests, with hotel accommodation capacity being 26 guests (including children).

Private Functions and Weddings always require exclusive use of the entire property (ie: no guests other than those attending the function may book our rooms or use our facilities)  - as a result, weekend functions usually require at least 12 months notice to secure the entire venue.  

A Minimum 3 night Booking is required for all Private Functions (some mid-week exceptions)

Please note that due to high demand we are usually unable take bookings for weddings in January or February.

Our Manager will work closely will you throughout the design of your special event and will also be in attendance on the day of the event.
