Windmills Break is an ideal venue for Corporate Groups, Conferences and Executive Meetings.

Private Conference and meetings require the entire property to be booked for all accommodation. These meetings are held in the Lounge or Dining area or may be conducted on the fully enclosed Deck overlooking the gardens.

Costs to reserve the entire property exclusively for a meeting or conference are in two parts as follows:

  • All 12 Rooms and Suites may be reserved for $5,135 per night (or approximately $215 per night per person for 12 couples or 24 people) - note that all rooms have King Size beds and private courtyards. A minimum 2 night booking is usually required.
  • In addition, all conferences attract a non refundable venue hire fee of $2,500 payable at the time of booking (this fee guarantees exclusive use of the property (ie: no other guests or members of the public use our facilities).
     

All accommodation and other fees (lunch, dinner etc) are payable 45 days prior to the corporate booking and once paid are non-refundable. 

Our private chef is available to cater for your exact requirements if lunch and dinner are required.
