Windmills Break is a licensed five star Luxury Boutique Hotel located in the Margaret River wine region of Western Australia.

The luxury accommodation caters for a maximum of 26 guests in rooms that include our Premier Spa Apartment, Premier Spa Suites, Executive Spa Rooms and Deluxe Courtyard Rooms.

All rooms have luxury furnishings with king size beds, LCD televisions, mini bars, private courtyards and much more.

Located on 10 acres of beautiful gardens with swimming pool, spa, tennis court and gymnasium - the boutique hotel is perfect for a romantic getaway, corporate conference, wedding or other special occasions.

Please note - we are a small luxury hotel and generally not suitable for children under 12 years of age - each of our rooms or suites have king size beds and accommodate a maximum of 2 people.
