The property is perfect for a romantic getaway, corporate conference, wedding or other special occasions.

Please note - our property is not suitable for children. Each of our rooms or suites have king size beds and accommodate a maximum of 2 people (including children).

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS (ALL BOOKINGS)

Payment for the full amount of your reservation will be deducted from your credit card within 24 hours of the booking.

A 2.5% Credit Card Merchant Fee applies.

Windmills Break has a reputation as an adult retreat and our accommodation is designed for a maximum of two guests.   Management advises that Windmills Break is not suitable for children less than 12 years of age.
Cancellation Policy:

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

As a small luxury hotel our business depends upon on maximizing occupancy and cancellations often result in empty rooms due to booking lead in times.   

For cancellations with 10 days or more notice the deposit will be refunded less a $75 administration fee. (Credit Card fees are unable to be refunded).

For cancellations within 10 days of your arrival all monies will be forfeited.

Please note that at Christmas and New Year 30 days notice is required.

Please also note that cancellations must be received in writing.

We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected changes to your travel plans.
