Licensed Bar (THE BREAK WINE BAR) The licensed bar is usually open every day from midday - opening hours vary depending on demand and are displayed at the bar. The wine list includes a selection a premium wines from the Margaret River Region. Cocktails are also available. Bottled wine and beer are available for take away to Guests. Outdoor Heated Spa (by the pool) The heated outdoor spa is located adjacent to the swimming pool and sits over the stunning jarrah decking. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the local region. Beach towels are provided in all rooms. Parking The property has an extensive parking area with room for your boat or trailer. There are several public boat launching ramps nearby in Dunsborough and at Canal Rocks in Yallingup. Swimming Pool The outdoor infinity edge swimming pool is located within the gardens and surrounded by lawns and sun beds. Great all summer to cool off or work on the tan while you relax with a good book. The quality gardens around the pool provide the perfect setting to enjoy your getaway. Beach towels are supplied in all rooms and suites. Televisions All rooms are equipped with LCD television with DVD/CD players with over 30 Digital Channels that include 10 Foxtel Channels.
