As a small Boutique Hotel, Windmills Break is the ideal venue within the Margaret River Wine Region to reserve the entire Hotel for exclusive and secure use.

Popular with celebrities and private individuals the entire facility may be booked for private use - in this way no other Guests or members of the general public are allowed on the premises during the exclusive use period.

Our Exclusive and Private Use of the hotel includes packages tailored to your individual needs.

SAMPLE ELITE WEEKLY PACKAGE

Packages starting from AUD$5,500 per night (or $275 per person) are available to reserve the entire property for your personal use.

Includes accommodation for up to 20 people.

Rooms are serviced daily, gourmet breakfasts and access to all Hotel facilities are included..
